Randall has been in the craft beer and mezcal business in the US for more than 15 years, hailing from Austin, TX, now a permanent resident of Oaxaca. Alvin has been a permanent resident of Oaxaca for more than 15 years, is certified as a Master Mezcalier, and has written over 40 articles about mezcal, craft beer, agave, pulque and sustainability.
