    Francesco patron and pizzaiolo of the Trattoria San Francisco, Pizzaiolo Dell'Alleanza Sloow Food and Master Pizzaiolo of the Traditional Pizza of Tramonti, together with his wife Pamela Traditional Chef will welcome you in their structure to open you to the world of good pizza, the right and clean one, yes because their belief is to focus everything on quality products, km0 and Regional Sloow Food Presidia.

    The Cooking Pizza is divided into 3 hours, a first theoretical part, a second part where hands-on will make a real dough with the transformation and cooking of the loaves that will be seasoned at will with the typical products of Tramonti.

    The tasting part includes: entre, with local products prepared by Chef Pamela, tasty cheeses and artisan cured meats. รน

    The tasting itinerary continues with the tasting of the pizzas you created together with Master Pizzaiolo Francesco and the final dessert.
