Your private driver, together with your private guide, will pick you up at your hotel or place of choice in Porto and drive you along the south coast to Aveiro. This pretty coastal town is now a vibrant and modern university place, but it remains faithful to its fishing port roots. Due to its canals it is worldwide known as the Venice from Portugal.
Your will discover its "Art Nouveau" houses next to the canals, where you will see the colourful “moliceiros” boats. A group ride on a boat is included in the price of this tour.
You will then proceed to Coimbra, considered the Medieval Capital of Portugal. With an incredible historic center, crossed by the Mondego River, this charming city has notable monuments, medieval churches and Cathedrals. Coimbra hosts one of the oldest universities in the World.
