the tour starts in Belize city passing thru the 1800's neighborhoods and more recent developing business and residential areas, as the one hour drive goes to the caves, at the caves, the guides assist each guest with helmets, lights and vests. then its a 20 minute walk thru the forest to the caves, at the caves everyone gets a luxury, comfortable big tube fitted with mesh seat bottom, head rest and all around tow rope.
the guides then navigate the group thru the caves showing off formations, and passing by a small waterfall, then the float continues downstream another 20 minutes to arrive at the parking area, then its a one hour drive to the site of Altun ha. at Altun ha the guides led the guest thru the site sharing information about the excavations, showing the architecture and mask of gods and sacrificial altars. After going up the sun temple its time to return to the van and drive back to the city of Belize.
