    The Origins Supplier dinners allow you to learn about where food comes from, whether it's organic beef from Peelham Farm, organic dairy from Mossgiel, or sustainable seafood from Belhaven Smokehouse.

    • Dine on a 6-course tasting menu featuring local ingredients that come directly from the suppliers
    • Guests are welcome to BYOB (although a small drinks list is also available) and each evening will also start with a welcome drink using artisan Gin and a seasonal mixer

    • Steve is Head of Education for Edinburgh Food Social and has taught cooking around the world for over 10 years
