After a 1 hour trip with photo stops through the majestic landscapes of the Dordogne valley, we will reach Rocamadour, nestled in the Alzou canyon, a thousand-year-old historic Unesco site. During this guided tour in english, we will tell you about the legends at the origin of this sacred place. After crossing the main street, we will reach the sanctuary and its chapels by climbing the 216 steps of the grand pilgrim's staircase. You will discover the miraculous chapel and its black virgin, the sarcophagus of St Amadour, the legendary sword Durandal.
On the way back, we will cross the wild landscapes of the Causses du Quercy and we will visit Souillac romanesque church.
