What To Expect

Pick-up/drop off can be arranged to any destination within Naples. Our transfer services are available 24/7 all year round, from Naples Capodichino Airport, Port (cruise terminal included), Railway station and hotels in the city. Our friendly and knowledgeable drivers, dressed in formal attire and able to speak different languages, will help with your luggage if needed. This is a private transfer which means you won't share the vehicle for your journey with anyone else.

When you arrive at any of the locations mentioned above (airport, station etc.), our driver will be there waiting for you with a nameplate ready to take you to your destination or accommodation. We have a car fleet consisting solely of contemporary fully loaded deluxe vehicles that meet all cleanliness standards; they are well maintained and completely up-to-date on insurance and license regulations.

ARRIVAL AT AIRPORT: Our drivers, all English speaking, will meet you at the arrival terminal, immediately after you exit from the baggage claim area, the driver will wait for you with your name on a signboard, for a maximum of 1 hour from the effective landing of the flight. For this reason is extremely important to exit as soon as you can once landed or in case of delay to call or text your driver to let him know you’ve landed. ARRIVAL AT TRAIN STATION: Our drivers, all English speaking, will meet you at exit in corrispondence to track n°24, with your name on a signboard. ARRIVAL AT PORT: Our drivers, all English speaking, will meet you at the arrival terminal, immediately after you exit from the passangers exit with your name on a signboard.
