Morning departure from Split, Pick up at the place of your accommodation to start the panoramic ride along the Dalmatian coastline. After 2 hours drive to our first stop in the Medieval town of Ston famous for the longest stone wall in Europe (5.5 km), salt cultivation farming, and oyster growing farms, since Roman times. Next, we will take you on a one-hour ride through the wine-growing region of “Dinga-”. You will get a great insight into the local life and traditions from your driver. A wine-growing tradition has been part of the local culture for centuries. The highlight of the trip is a visit to a local winery “Grgurevi-”. The production of grapes and wine in Janjina has been a family tradition for many generations. Production is based on the indigenous variety of Plavac Mali. Today, Grgurevi- winery owns 4 hectares of vineyards on some of the highest quality positions of the Pelješac Peninsula. In the family-owned house, we have a presentation and tasting from the owner.
