My goal has been to have yoga accessible to all ages and abilities. I, therefore, offer a wide variety of postures in each practice. My primary focus is geared toward athletes and includes injury prevention techniques in many of my classes. The physical asana practice is very important; however, the pranayama breathwork and meditation are key points in every class. My classes embody the true meaning of yoga by enveloping a mind-body connection. I have a passion for travel and often offer domestic and international retreats.
