A short drive away lies Lipica studfarm, a world-famous cradle of the dancing white horses. Several restaurants in this area provide the opportunity to sample the protected air-cured ham “pršut” and teran wine along with other local delicacies. Trip continues to the Adriatic coast, to the charming town of Piran. On your way back make a stop at the Predjama castle, a world-famous monument to the human ingenuity and resistance.
