Itinerary

The bicycle ride commences at the bridge of Sisga from where you can behold the grandeur of the dam. After a brief introduction to the activity and safety rules being followed during it - tools will be given to start pedaling. The initial altitude is 2,690msnm and by cycling around the dam we will reach our peak height which is 2,815msnm. During first 3 km., We ascend to 2,764m with fairly even fluctuations thereafter. At kilometer 15 there is an incline (Tope Sisga) of 2.5kms that will take us from 2,710m to its ultimate height of 2,815m after which we shall take a break before continuing. At kilometer 21.5 lies the exit point from the dam accompanied by an ascent (Ascent Machetá) on pavement of 1.8K from 2,700m till it reaches its highest at2 ,765 m . When out of rural area bordering this body of water - 4 km on paved road in optimal condition awaits for us leading towards our final destination; a restaurant with stunning view where truck will be waiting for taking all back to Bogota.
