There are over 200 works, that Picasso's family donated to the museum and they represent all the periods and styles that shaped Picasso's work. These works catalogue the artist’s sparkling career with a few notable gaps (only ‘blue’ and ‘rose’ periods are missing).
Highlights include a painting of Picasso’s sister Lola that the artist crated at 13; clay sculptures, plaster and sheet metal; numerous sketches; a quick journey through cubism; and some interesting late works when Picasso developed an obsession with musketeers.
