Kirstin is a highly skilled yoga teacher with over 1.000 hours of teacher training. She will help you to discover all yoga poses so that they truly feel good for you. In the 90 minutes yoga class, we will start with a beginning meditation and some breathwork. First, we will flow through some poses and then hold them for a longer time with exact alignments. At the end of the class, you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
