Real Indian Yoga Experience while watching the Taj Mahal and Morning Sun, including tea time!
This Yoga class is led by an experienced instructor, and especially created for foreign travelers. The lesson will start with meditation, followed by an instruction on proper breath control and basic Yoga poses, which will help to ready body and mind. The Yoga poses will start with exercises to relax body and mind, and will include in total about 20 poses to train the torso and flexibility.
In case of good weather it is possible to have a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal, bathed in the light of the Morning Sun. After sweating from the Yoga exercises, body and mind will be allowed to settle down and relax while drinking Indian Chai(Tea). Participants can choose between Chai(Tea), black tea, and coffee. An assortment of simple snacks will be served as well.
