This is a small, intimate, history and food tour. A knowledgeable local will show you the best spots. We start with lunch and special access to Red36, a top riverside seafood restaurant. Exclusive inside tour of the Spicer Mansion, an 1853 Sea Captain's home. We will visit other unique spots in Mystic. In addition to a lobster roll, local oysters, wine and other delicacies, you will be treated to stories of the amazing history of the area. Native American battles, English colonization, Revolutionary war, whaling, shipbuilding, and rum running are all part of the special history in this beautifully preserved seacoast town.
