Overview

We will visit the “Genghis Khan Statue Complex”, which is currently the biggest (40m high) equestrian statue in the world. There you have a good panoramic view over the complex area and the scenery beyond. After that we will visit nomad family there you can see how live real nomad Mongolian family. Host family will serve you homemade bread with traditional homemade butter and traditional milk . After we will head to Terelj national park, we will eat lunch there. After lunch we will explore the national park and take a short drive to see Turtle Rock - interesting rock formation that looks like a turtle - and visit Ariyabal meditation temple, which is surrounded by scenic mountains with massive rock formations and sits at top of the mountain. From the top, you can enjoy the breathtaking view overlooking the Terelj National Park. /If you want you can also go horse riding in the National Park!/ After this excursion you will go back to Ulaanbaatar.
