The staircase with 177 steps at the end of the trail was excavated in the early twentieth century. The president sent sculpt the staircase to the visit of the King of Belgium.

On the way we’ll visit the famous Chinese View, located in the Alto da Boa Vista and also the Taunay Waterfall, with 35m, the largest in the Forest!

The Tijuca Peak trail has an extension of 4.700m (round trip), and approximately 300 meters of vertical rise.
