We will understand the reasons why one of the most flourishing Sephardic communities was established in Toledo since the 4th century, with its more than 10 synagogues, its Talmudic schools, Mikveh and various archaeological remains that show us the reality of the Jewish quarter of Toledo, an authentic “city within a city”.
Throughout our visit, we will get in details in the two jewels of the Jewish quarter: The Synagogue of Samuel ha Levi, where we will find the National Museum of Sephardic Culture, and the old Major Synagogue, known as the Synagogue of Santa María la Blanca.
