Sardinia is an ancient and mysterious land that still today holds unsolved puzzles linked to ancient civilizations that, starting more than five thousand years ago, began to populate it and leave traces of their passage. What was the function of "menhirs" and megalithic circles- And for what purpose and with what means were the "domus de janas" built- We will find out by visiting the suggestive archaeological areas of Goni and Escalaplano, among the oldest in Sardinia and immersed in a landscape of great charm.
EXCURSION PROGRAM
10.00 am. Meeting at the archaeological area of Pranu Muttedu. N.B. the area is equipped with bathrooms and refreshment point.
10.15 am Start of the excursion
12.30 / 13.00. Free lunch break at the equipped area of Pranu Muttedu.
2.30 pm. Transfer with your own means to the Nuraghe Goni.
3.15 pm. Transfer with your own means to Escalaplano and visit to the necropolis of Santuanni, in Fossada.
5.00 p.m. End of the excursion
