The sake tasting process is similar to that of wine: see, swirl, sniff, sip, swish and swallow or spit. During this amazing experience, you will visit three famous Shuzou sake breweries in Yamaguchi: Nakashimaya brewery ,Yamagata brewery and Hatsumomidi brewery. You can try sake tasting at the Shuzou sake brewery. You will receive an Ochoko sake cup made from Hagi ware. We will teach you how to drink sake like a pro.
