Brussels Chocolate Workshop

Do you love chocolate? Are you a foodie? Then join this workshop tour and learn the secrets present in the richness of hot chocolate. A professional instructor will conduct the two and a half-hour session. You will learn new recipes and savour the authentic Belgian delicacies. The techniques are simple to repeat in your home kitchen. You will also be tasting the new creations with a cup of hot chocolate. The host will send you off with a box of 30 plus dark chocolate treats. And you don't have to bring any ingredients, utensils, or tools to the workshop.

Start early and catch a train at the nearest station of Brussel-Zuid. The participants have to reach the workshop on their own. It is located in 30 Voldersstraat, 1000 Brussel, also known as Rue des Foulons 30. The gracious host will welcome the participants and introduce you to gourmet cocoa. You will make tasty pralines and mendiants from scratch. These authentic Belgian varieties have a disc shape sprinkled with generous doses of dried fruits for extra sweetness. You will receive professional assistance in creating authentic, local chocolate. Each participant also gets a complimentary box with 30 chocolates to take home as a part of their memories of this trip.

Spectators, kids under 12 and those disabled and in wheelchairs are not allowed on this trip. Children can take part in the Waffle Workshops when the adults participate in one of them.
