A sample menu is; Salade Nicoise - A mixture of fresh vegetables, egg & tuna fish, Pissaladi¨re - Local sweet onion tart with olives and anchovy, and Tarte Tatin - An overturned tart with the fruit of the season and caramel.

    Perfect bonding time with family. A traveler came with her daughter and granddaughter. They enjoyed the class. The instructor offered lots of tips and helpful information about the food. It was very authentic to make food that was taught in the home of a local person made the experience even more special.
